China Football Association's Dual-Agency Role in the Governance Structure of Professional Football League

Abstract

China Football Association did not able to assume responsibility for professional league management effectively because its relationship with govern-ment subsidiary. So the reformation of China Football Association has become a crucial issue to the development of professional league. In this study,proposeto the China football associationdual-agencyas the hypotheses. And precipitation professional football guild to be the member of China Football Associationand run the league independently,then re-allocate the functions between the government and the China Football Association and the professional footballguild in the pro-football league. Finally,design the governance structure of the China football Super League.
