Studies on Similarities and Differences of Morality and Law and their Enlightenments

The relations between morality and law have such differences and contradictions as origin,attribute,manifestation,form,structure of criterion,standard attribute,determinacy,evolvement and development,objects of adjustment,bound of applicability,mode of implement,procedure of operation,and operating cost and so on.On the other hand,morality and law have some commonness and are complemented and promoted mutually in Purpose,function,some key elements of formation,material and cultural basis etc.Consequently,we ought to distinguish the boundary and difference between morality and law clearly,and keep them away in appropriate distance with each other.Furthermore,we should pay much attention to the common characters of morality and law and make them learn other's strong points to offset its weakness mutually in order to maximize their overall function in maintaining social order.
