Abstract

Objective To investigate the small window of cerebral hematoma for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From 2007 February to 2013 January,174 cases were in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with small bone window craniotomy for intracerebral hematoma, the control group with routine craniotomy hematoma removal treatment, treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the operation time, incision cerebrospinal fluid leakage rate, hospitalization time and cost of hospitalization was significantly less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P0. 05). Observation group was 91. 95%,no efficiency was 8. 05%,the incidence of complications was14. 94%; the control group was 62. 07%,no efficiency was 37. 93%,the incidence of complications was 37. 93%,the two groups, the difference was statistically significant( P0. 05). Conclusion Microsurgery of brain hematoma for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, safe and effective, superior curative effect, worthy of clinical application.
