Reflections on the Relationship between Intellectual Property Rights and Real Rights

Intellectual property rights are known as civil rights representing a right category paralleled with real rights and creditor's rights.Intellectual property law and real property law,known as the key part of civil law system,are both included in property rights.However,they are harmonious while remain different.There is great difference between intellectual property rights and real rights in terms of object of right,rights protection period,right dominator,right attributes and validity scope.Intellectual products should not be standardized by real rights but by intellectual property rights.
