ON EXPLOITATION OF COASTAL TIDAL FLAT AND SHALLOW WATER RESOURCES IN THE EAST CHINA SEA

In this paper, the new experience in implementing the blue project in the coastal cities of southeastern Zhejiang Province is introducal. By using the successful experience in the marine exploitation in the southeastern Zhejiang coastal cities together with the practice in the eastern China coastal areas, expecially the Jiangsu coastal area, an overall strategic plot for exploiting the tidal flat and developing the marine economy is presented.
