Abstract
Objective To obtain regulation information of BCMA gene, bioinformatics analyse the BCMA gene proximal 5′-flanking region.MethodsThe BCMA and 5′-flanking region were obtain from Genebank, the transcriptional factor regulation information was analysed by Tansfac 6.0 software.ResultsThe 5′-flanking region of BCMA gene was TATA-less and GAAT-less,but contain several conservative binding sites for transcription factors, such as GATA-1,Oct1.It also contains two potential binding sites for Blimp-1.ConclusionBCMA may be important in the proliferation and differentiation of B cells, transcription factor Blimp-1 may regulate the expression of BCMA gene.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
