Abstract
64 soil samples were collected from various sites of Dongguan from October to December, 2002. 17 kinds of organochlorine pesticides in soil were analyzed with gas chromatography. Except HCHs, other 13 kinds of organochlorine pesticides was found with different degree in all the samples. The range of HCHs content was n.d.~16.11μg/kg with average content of 1.76μg/kg; and the range of DDTs content was 0.05~36.33μg/kg with average content of 3.49μg/kg. Compared with the other internal region, the residual level was more slight. The residual levels of DDTs, HCHs in soil were different with different utilization types.
