Isolation and Stability Analysis of Lipopeptides Compound Produced by Bacillus subtilis Strain SYL-6

Abstract

An antimicrobial substance of lipopeptides were isolated from the suspension of Bacillus subtilis strain SYL-6 by hydrochloric acid precipitation and methanol extraction,and bacteriostasis test was carried out.The results showed that the substance had inhibitory effect on a variety of plant pathogenic fungi.In addition,the substance was stable to high temperature with wider p H value range.It also had good stability to ultraviolet.
