Abstract
The England agriculture revolution is the essential condition of the industrial revolution in the early modern period.The agricultural revolution provided the essential capital,the labor force,the raw material and the market for the industrial revolution and impelled certain industries development in advance.However,the agricultural revolution did not inevitably cause the industrial revolution.The industrial revolution had more widespread historical backgrounds and conditions.Basic reason of the industrial revolution should be sought from the institution.
