Abstract

In the industrial development-oriented information services organization,this article analyzesthe information demand and characteristics of high-tech enterprises through cross-system information de-mand sample survey of some high-tech areas enterprises in China,further clarifies the information servic-es requirements by high-tech enterprises users. It discusses cross-system collaborative services allianceby aim of the alliance, operating model and collaborative innovation.
