Abstract

The best way to abate the present shortage in paper raw materials is to rationally utilize non-wood fiber. To develop the paper industry with Chinese characteristics is to rationally utilize non-wood fiber, and the paper in- dustry must come out from the wood pulping model in preventing straw pulping pollution.
