Abstract
Objects: To induce bone marrow mesenchymal stem celts or bone marrow stroma celts(MSCs)to differentiate directionally into chondrocytes in vitro and then identify the differentiated cells. Methods:MSCs were obtained from bone marrows of healthy rabbit and then the cultured MSCs at the 4 passage were induced by TGF,dexamethasone(Dex),bFGF and Vitamin C(Vit C).Later, the expression of Col Ⅱ in the induced MSCs cell were detected by RT-PCR.Results:The induced cells exhibited a chondrocyte·like morphology.PCR showed that Col Ⅱ was only expressed in the induced cells. Conclusion:MSCs can differentiate into chondrocytes under the induction of TGF,dexamethasone(Dex),bFGF and Vitamin C(Vit C).
