Construction of Learning-oriented Party Organization in Higher Vocational Colleges

The industrial upgrading and the transformation of the social development present new demands and challenges for students training in higher vocational education.In order to adapt to the new requirements and meet the challenges,higher vocational colleges must strengthen the construction of learning-oriented Party organization,improve its learning and practical ability and innovation ability.This paper,taking the problems in the construction of a learning-oriented Party organization into consideration,attempts to find solution to them,thus,to improve the educational quality and keep up with the economic and social development.
