Research on Assessment System of Enterprise Competitiveness

Enterprise Competitiveness is the symbol of the core competitiveness of a country.Enterprise and gov-ernment give more attention into improve the competitiveness of enterprise competitiveness.This paper presents four aspects,in which including environment resources ability and knowledge,as the principal factors of the en-terprise competitiveness.And 29 indexes build the assessment index system of enterprise competitiveness.Based on the AHP,the paper regards the industrial competitiveness of enterprises,the modern enterprise system,the market share,the net return on assets,informational equipment utilization,R D accounted for the proportion of sales revenue as the key index of the assessment system.The assessment system and method of this paper can be used to make comparisons between enterprises,and help enterprises to make self-diagnostic of their independent enterprise competitiveness.
