Abstract

With the development of ST,high-tech products trade has become a new growth point in international trade.There is a close link between the patent strategy and international trade.The EU is an important partner in economic and trade cooperation of China,as well as the field of high-tech products trade.Study on patents and high-tech products trade in China-EU relations have practical significance.The paper builds the VAR model to explore the relationship between the export and patent.According to the study and consideration of long-term development of the China-EU high-tech products trade,the paper makes a number of policy recommendations.
