Abstract
According to the characteristics of industrial boilers,this paper puts forward a realization method of boiler distributed control system based on Profibus and industrial ethernet.The system combine PLC,configure software with industrial control computer.Feed water,minus pressure of hearth and the pressure of the steam automatic control are realized,so as to economize energy,increase profits,promote the construction of information management,and improve the competitive ability of corporation.
