Abstract
In a software defined radio(SDR) communication system,a new synchronization algorithm based on SDR in QAM modulated system is presented to realize synchronization based on pure software. This algorithm is based on the carrier phase compensating the bias of the carrier frequency and is implemented by programming. And the idea of the frame buffer and the list of carrier coefficient is adopted so that this algorithm can be implemented in real time.Theoretical analysis and simulation show that the algorithm does work well.
