A Study on the Mechanism of Development by Leaps and Bounds of Regional Economy:Based on Empirical Research on Changshou District of Chongqing

Abstract
The common goal of post-modern countries and regions is the development by leaps and bounds posture.However,how to achieve regional economic development by leaps and bounds? The issue was not expected by the subjective decisions but decided by leaps and bounds of the mechanism.The mechanisms of development by leaps and bounds build on the premise of understanding the mechanism of development by leaps and bounds.So far,the outcome of the research on development by leaps and bounds is relatively less.Changshou District in 2002 in accordance with the practical experience has proved that the mechanism of development by leaps and bounds consists of the development of strategic thinking,development platform,and sustainable development system developed by innovative efforts.
