Abstract

Mr.Cai Yuanpei,once a president of Peking University,advocated the guiding principle for running a school with Freedom Ideological System and Incorporate Things of Diverse Nature and adopted lots of innovation measures to carry it out.Those had a great help in forming the atmosphere of thoughts emancipating and academy flourishing in Peking University.Mr.Cai explored a new epoch in educational field.
