Abstract
Public-key cryptography RSA and a newly data encryption standard AES are introduced, The efficiency of AES and the simple of DES are used in combining two schemes to propose a new data encryption scheme of network. The new data encryption scheme can solve the secrecy of data when it is transferred in the network.
