Abstract
Objective To determine the using of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV) load in cervical lesions. Methods Totally 246 women aged 21~69 were included in this study.HPV DNA was detected by Hybrid Capture 2 (HC2),and viral load was measured by the ratio of relative light units compared to standard positive control.RLU/PC were categorized into four groups:negative(1),low viral load(1~9),medium viral load(10~99),and high viral load(≥100).Cervical lesions were diagnosed by biopsies as cervicitis,CINⅠ,CINⅡ~Ⅲ,and squamous cervical cancer(SCC).Results The proportion of medium-high viral load (30.61% of cervicitis,83.33% of CINⅠ,90.48% of CINⅡ~Ⅲ,100% of SCC).Increased with the development of cervical lesions. Conclusion The cervical lesions was highly influenced by HR-HPV viral load.
