Abstract
A multiphase flow model is established in columnial hydrocyclone using mixture multiphase model and Reynolds stress model.Numerical simulation of multiphase flow field and separating process using above multiphase flow model has been done.The tangential velocity,axial velocity,radial velocity and volume fraction of two phase in various period of time have also been analysed.The result of numerical study provide strong theorical support for experiment and theory that former have done.
