Abstract
Dyeing behaviors of different disperse dyes on polylactic acid fibers were discussed.The results showed that the optimal disperse dyeing temperature of polylactic acid fiber was 110 ℃.The dyeing pickup of disperse dyes with different structures on polylactic acid fibers had big differences.Dyes need to be chosen when matching color.The building up properties of disperse dyes on polylactic acid fibers was not good.The maximum color depth was nearly obtained when the dye dosage was 2%(owf).Polylactic acid fibers dyed with disperse dyes had good soaping fastness,the fading fastness and staining fastness ≥ level 4,which could meet the demand of washing fastness.
