Abstract

The development of environment and economy in concerted way is a main way to realize sustainable development. Based on systematic principle and mathematical statistics, we point out the fixed quality assessment way of the development in concerted way. And we also introduce in detail the assessment way of choosing mode, determining index and calculating etc.
