Abstract

The study on igneous hydrocarbon reservoirs is a new field in the world.The lithology of igneous rock is rather complex and difficult to identify.The mineralogical composition of igneous rock is also rather complex which makes it difficult to determine matrix parameter.Reservoir pore space belongs to dual-porous media,that is fracture and pore.At the same time,most of conventional well-logging data is not precise and unsatisfied with the needs of industrial development in most case.On the basis of the well-logging data study of igneous rock reservoir in Liaohe oilfield,this paper discusses the formation characteristics of igneous rock..Combined with ECS(Elemental Capture Spectroscopy) logging and other logging technologies,it studies on the lithology identification of the igneous rock.A set of evaluating methods of igneous hydrocarbon reservoir are established.
