Abstract
Taking‘Wucai'ornamental pepper as materials,during the stage of flower differentiation,15 N-KNO3 and hastening and checking treatment were used,the law of N distribution and the mechanism of ornamental pepper flower bud differentiation were studied.The results showed that grow center changed during the stage of flower bud differentiation.It was in root system before flower bud differentiation,but after flower bud differentiation,the grow center transferred to the ground department gradually.Meanwhile N level played an important role during the stage of flower bud differentiation,and the content of N and 15 N in root and stem of all the treatments were increased,but after flower bud differentiation,the content of nitrogen and 15 N in shoot and leaves of hastening treatment decreased.Which mean the low N was favorable to flower bud differentiation.
