Abstract
In June 2006 the National People's Congress of China's Education Law, conducted a comprehensive amendment to the implementation.The new Compulsory Education Law was implemented a year ago,rural education unprecedented welcome change.However,due to historical and practical reasons,the new Act in the process of implementing many new contradictions and problems.In this paper,in Xining City County,the situation of rural compulsory education research,which gain first-hand materials,identify problems and for local governments to take measures to promote compulsory education in rural areas to provide the necessary basis for the development of countermeasures and ideas.
