Abstract

Through document reference,expert interview,questionnaire and logic analysis,this paper conducts a(survey) of the major six capabilities in professional competence structure of the juvenile football coaches in China.The result showed that the juvenile football coaches in China were competent in guiding training,commanding matches,managing football groups but they lacked the required capabilities of innovation,scientific research and social communication.This paper proposes corresponding countermeasures.
