Abstract
Objective To explore the reasons for the failure of root canal therapy and clinical strategies.Methods 160 patients with first,two molar root canal therapy failure clinical analysis.Results postoperative pain and swelling in 10 cases,the instrument fracture in 16 cases,pulp cavity perforation and root canal perforation 16 cases,root canal filling root canal in cases,78 cases of filling,missing canals in 22 cases,6 cases of root canal step,tooth fracture in 12 cases.Conclusion root canal therapy must shoot the differentStage of the X line piece,grasp the root canal preparation techniques,master root canal measuring instrument,the manual or mechanical root canal preparation device and the use of new materials,to each treatment step accurate aim,to obtain the success of endodontic treatment.
