Xun Zi's thought of and is not used as one word by accident,nor arbitrary,but based on Confucius and Mencius,which is an further extrapolation,Xun Zi had developed the concept of righteousness and type,and righteousness is as a the scope of legal concept,type is the focus on the rules system of Law,he had attached more importance to etiquette and Law and changed the Confucius political and legal theory which focus on etiquette.
