Abstract
Objective: To develop mixture cellulose-decomposing microbial preparation. Methods: Take the microbial quantities, cellulase activities and xylanase activities as evaluation index to investigate the optimal culturing conditions for cellulose-decomposing microbes mixture. Results: The optimal culturing temperature was 35℃;the optimal vaccination quantity was 1%;the optimal pH value was 7.0-7.5;FeSO4 could stimulate the growth of microbes and oxygen was necessary to the growth of cellulose-decomposing microbes. Conclusions: The culturing conditions were acquired for cellulose-decomposing microbes.
