On Quantitative Method of Management Innovation of Linear Economic System

Abstract
Management innovation is of the most important contents of innovation practice, researches on management innovation is of great theoretical and practical meaning to the changing economy of China, especially to the reform of those state owned enterprise, regional economic development and the control of macro economic of China. Focus on the lack of efficient method of management innovation, this paper put forward a kind of qualitative method, this method is able to show the innovation direction of linear economic system, thus can be very useful to help to achieve the aim of the economic systems.
