Abstract

Along with the rapid development of economic society,archives management has become an important element of hospital management,has great significance.Based on the working practice,the author analyzes the problems existing in the archives management work,and gives the constructive solutions and countermeasures according the actual work experience,which helps to improve the quality of archives management.
