Abstract

Objective:This article discusses the influence of UA on growth,through the different concentrations of ursolic acid function in human cancer UA SGC-7901 cells. Methods:The human gastric cancer cell lines in vitro SGC-7901,MTT assay was used to observe the effect of UA on growth of SGC-7901 cells in various concentrations;After SGC-7901 cells were treated by 10μmoL/L,20μmoL/L,40μmoL/L and 80μmoL/L different concentration,UA for 12 h,morphological changes were observed by inverted microscope and the growth of cells were tested by MTT assay. Results:In the cells of inhibition 20~40 μmoL/L UA can make the SGC-7901 cell had shrinks,After UA(40 ~80μmoL/L) treatment for 12 h,SGC-7901 cells obviously turned round and floated at different levels.At the same time,MTT experimental results show that different concentrations of UA could significantly inhibit the growth of SGC-7901 cells in adose dependent manner. Conclusion:UA can inhibit the growth of SGC-7901 cells,with strong antitumor activity.
