Abstract
There are five types of platonic polyhedron and thirteen types of archimedean polyhedron. Any vertices of anyone of them are in a ball surface, and they have the same side length. The geometry characters of them are summurized. Using the CAD technique, some new forms of polyhedron space structures are designed. Design methods for space structures of polyhedron forms are put forward.
