Industry Property Right Innovation for New Pattern Enterprise

This article probes, from the angle of migration of property right system, into the relations of property right after the industrial reform for new pattern enterprises, including stock right, feature and nature of legal person's property right, and interrelationship of stock right - legal person's property right and its formation. Base on the above, this article verifies the historical inevitability in the property right and puts forward the idea of limitation in lawful property right in China. This article also indicates the difference between the stock right and property right in exterior form and meaning. Being the stock right - legal person's property right, they are neither private right no public right, and they belong to the society and are the social organizations in capital form.
