Abstract

Objective: To investigate the relations between amylose-antigen 19-9(CA19-9),anylase-antigen 125(CA125) and liver fibrosis. Methods﹕ The serum levels of HA﹑CA19-9 and CA125 in 108 cases of the patients with chronic hepatitis and 20 health persons were tested by ELISA﹒The relative indexes of liver function were determined at the same time. Results: The both CA19-9 and CA125 levels in serum of low middle high-grade chronic liverish patient group and hepatocirrhosis group were significant higher than health control(P0.01).It showed positive correlation with Tbil,AST,GLB and negative correlation with ALB(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion: CA19-9﹑CA125 could be as early diagnostic indexes for liver fibrosis.
