Abstract
Cellulose triphenylcarbamate(CTPC) were synthesized, and coated to 3-aminopropyl silica gel.Their optical resolution abilities as chiral stationary phase(CSPs) were evaluated for high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).14 chiral compounds were resolved on the CSPs in the normal phase, and 8 chiral compounds could be separated. The CTPC CSPs show an excellent ability of resolving chiral compounds.
