In this paper, by using video analysis methods, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the synchronized swimming lifts two supporting a supporting a ready for action research, selected the Guangdong Province three elite synchronized swimmers, analyzes its lift prepare the parameters of action change rule,find out the existing problems of the technology action, and to provide reference for improving the technical level of synchronized swimming lifts.
