Abstract
Objective Together with an accurate analysis of the causes of bacterial food poisoning,To provide a basis for dealing with food poisoning. Methods In accordance with the 《Microbiology of food hygiene inspection》GB/T4789.4-7.10.11.14-2003and《Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning standards and principles》WS/T81-1996 methods of inspection,Analysis of the causes of poisoning. Results Through the remaining 10 food samples,2 test sub cotton chopping boards,as well as 5 patients with vomitus,4 rectal examination,4 were a total of 25 stool samples of the intestinal bacteria tested,Which the remaining food in the 2 and 3 shrimp were detected in the faeces of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Stool of patients with Vibrio parahaemolyticus in the detection rate of 75 percent,Pathogen colony morphology, microscopy, isolation and culture, the characteristics of biochemical reactions,Are consistent with Vibrio parahaemolyticus characteristics, all samples were not detected in other pathogens. Conclusion Etiology of this effect confirmed by the intake of food poisoning by Vibrio parahaemolyticus pollution caused by shrimp.
