Problems and Main Countermeasures of High Technology Industry in China

Abstract
On the base of expounding divides and fundamental characteristics of high technology industry, the paper analyses emphatically the main problems that remains in the development of high technology industry in China. Finally the paper puts forward five countermeasures about developing high technology industry in China: Firstly seek field results of high technology industry; Secondly guide the adjustment of high technology industry by economic policies such as tax revenue; Thirdly develop three spiral module of high technology industry; Fourthly multi channel invest; Fifthly perfect the mechanism of risk invest.
