Abstract

The EPC mode is a new project construction mode in international project contracting market. This article combined the characteristic of EPC general contracting project, discussed the advantages in different implementation stages in the project briefly, and analyze the risks and countermeasures of hydropower general contracting project applied the EPC mode in the aspects of design, procurement, construction and policy of the project.
