Abstract
Objective To discuss the pathogeny and reason of the swoon during the military training.Method Analyzes 61 swoon cases happened during military training in our school in 2003-2006.Results In 15~20 days since the beginning of the military training,there is a highest probability for the happening of swoon(60.7%),Vasovagal syncope(VVS)is the main pathogeny(75.4%),female get higher probability than male(χ2=18.78,p0.01);the second is metabolic syncope(16.4%),and there are several reasons can cause the swoon such as cardiac syncope,nerval syncope.hysteric syncope,and so on.Conclusion The main pathogeny of the swoon during the military training are vasovagal syncope and metabolic syncope.The doctors should take care of it during the military training.
