Abstract
In this paper, effects of different concentrations of SNP(as a NO donor) on seed germination and anti-Oxidation System of Potherb Mustard were studied. The results indicated that there was significant difference among different concentrations of SNP.0.1~0.2 mmol/L of SNP could markedly promote seed germination viability and seed germination percentage, seed germination index, and seed activity index, and significantly enhance superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) activity of seed hypocotyl and cotyledon. However, all indexes of lower or higher concentrations than 0.1~0.2 mmol/L of SNP showed markedly decrease trends.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
