Abstract
The sense of taste and its aesthetic perception are very complicated.Classifying the sense of taste from physiological and human mental perspectives, this paper criticizes the one-sidedness of the understanding about the sense of taste in western cultures and analyzes the reasons why the sense of taste produces beauty and why it can be regarded as an aesthetic object by discussing the close relationship between physiological and psychological feeling.
