Abstract
Artificial liver system is being developed as extracorporeal availability liver support therapy for acute hepatic failure.In recent years,hybrid artificial liver support system based on the bioartificial liver system is being most studied.Among the biological materials used in hybrid artificial liver support system,the cultured liver cell system is the most important.This summarize is concerned about the source,culture and quantity of the hepatic cell.
