Sociological Thinking on the Development of Ecological Agriculture in Western Part of China

The development of ecological agriculture was the main stream of the development of world modern agriculture,and it was the only road to achieve the transition from the traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture.The connotation of ecological agriculture and significance of developing ecological agriculture in western part of china were described,but there was main problems of developing ecological agriculture on inefficient supply of human resource,over-exploitation and using of nature resource,deficient investment of funds and technology in the development of ecological agriculture,and imperfect supporting policies in the development of ecological agriculture.Several suggestions of developing ecological agriculture in western part of china from the new perspective of sociology were put forward on improving the labor's science technology and culture diathesis,increasing the funds investment and scientific and technological extension of ecological agriculture,formulating and perfecting the policies and laws and regulations system of ecological agriculture,and promoting the information service in developing of ecological agriculture.Finally the conclusion was made that the ecological agriculture in western part of china should develop by adjust measures to local conditions step by step.
