This paper described the ultimate idea in constructing the provincial demonstration center for the basis of computer experimental teaching,and the characteristics of the center,namely the multi-dimensional experimental teaching system,advanced and opening experimental teaching environment,powerful experimental teaching group,scientific and high effective management system.
