Influence of "Banxia Xiexin Decoction" on Functional Dyspepsia and Molitin Concentration

Abstract

Objective To observe the influence of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on functional dyspepsia and molitin concentration and its mechanism.Methods We picked 120 functional dyspepsia patients and randomly divided into two groups:Chinese herbs group(Banxia Xiexin Decoction) and western medicine control group(Mosapride),60 patients in each group.After 4-week treatment,we observed the clinical effect and the influence on MTL.Result The effect of Chinese herb group on pain of the upper abdomen,hiccup and nausea surpass the control group(P0.05).The MTL concentration of two groups was of no significant difference before the treatment,MTL concentration of two groups all went up after treatment,but the Chinese herbs group surpass the western medicine group(P0.05).Conclusion The study shows that the treatment with Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the functional dyspepsia has good effect and can adjust the level of MTL concentration.
