Abstract

The generation and spread of vicious power in the country is one of the gravest problems threatening public safety,economy and politics in our country,which we must solve at present.The paper analyzed the cause of the vicious power of country,and discussed the necessity of prevention.At last,according to the idea of harmony society,the paper proposed some solutions to the problems.
